Safety Takes Everyone
Safety is a top priority in todays businesses and at Portland Sheet Metal we strive to create the safest work place possible for all employees. We have invested many hours and incurred many expenses to make sure we have the right equipment and gear for all employees to get there work done effectively, efficiently and safely.
We will never expect our employees to work in unsafe conditions or perform tasks that are dangerous to them or fellow employees. We encourage all employees to inform us of any and all unsafe conditions so we can address the situation.
Safety Programs and Materials
Portland Sheet Metal has spent numerous hours developing and maintaining company wide safety documents, materials and processes that we use every day which include company safety manual, drug and alcohol awareness programs, monthly safety meetings, tool box talks, and random jobsite inspections.
Investments in safety equipment is a must in order to successfully get employees what they need to do there job in a safe manner. We are always open to looking at new materials that help get this done.

Designated Safety Officer
Jeff was brought on as our Company Safety officer in late 2019 to help with the ever changing rules and regulations that are required in order for any business to establish and maintain a successful safety program.
